Every project I take on comes down to one question: what does this community actually need — and how do we deliver it? I don't hand you a strategy and walk away. I work alongside you from the first conversation to the finished result. My work falls into three areas. Most clients need one. Some need all three.

Good ideas die in the gap between vision and execution. I close that gap. I take a project from its earliest concept through planning, funding, partnerships, logistics, and delivery — and I stay with it the whole way. Over 14 years in City government, I developed and managed more than 50 community-good projects, so I know what it takes to keep a complex initiative on time, on budget, and on mission.
How I work with you:
Who this is for:
Governments, faith-based organizations, and nonprofits with a vision that needs an experienced hand to carry it to completion.
Proven work:
The Food Pantry @ Church of Love Faith Center served more than 50,000 residents since 2022 ·$100,000 playground installation at the site of #3 School · thousands served with various City Council and Mayoral initiatives and programs from 2007 - 2021.

Projects succeed when the right people are aligned behind them. I bring them together. I was trained as a journalist to listen — to hear what's said and what isn't — and I spent years building genuine relationships across clergy, community organizations, colleges, fraternities and sororities, and corporate partners. I use those relationships and that skill to engage stakeholders, build partnerships, and create events that move your goal forward.

Proven outcomes that speak for themselves and make a meaningful difference for your business. For leaders in the private sector, entrepreneurs, and small business owners who have limited time to provide day-to-day hands-on project support, contact me. I can assist you in completing work to your specifications, on time and to your satisfaction. Government and corporate contracts can transform a small business — but the path to them is full of paperwork, codes, and systems built to slow you down. I help you through it. As a business owner certified as a HUBZone, EDWOSB, WOSB, DBE, and NYS/NYC/MoCo M/WBE, I've walked this road myself, and I help other businesses navigate certification and position themselves to compete.

That's a normal place to start. Tell me what you're trying to accomplish, and I'll tell you honestly how — or whether — I can help.
